Where can I find the Registration form?

Which dates are included in my registration fee about the stay in hotel?

The hotel is counting the nights. In Your registration fee is included:
Night from 11th of May to 12th of May
Night from 12th of May to 13th of May
Night from 13th of May to 14th of May

Any other nights are extra days.

Can I get VAT reverse charge if my company is VAT registered in EU?

No, VAT 21% is applicable for any and all companies who are registering participants for the conference.

Is the VAT zero rated if my company is registered outside the EU?

No, VAT 21% is applicable for any and all companies who are registering participants for the conference.

What should We do if Our company would like to become a sponsor of YMC 2017?

Do I need VISA for traveling to Latvia?

We kindly remind you that Latvia is in the Schengen Zone. Please contact your Consular to check what do you need for traveling to Latvia. Here is the list of countries whose citizens may enter Latvia without a visa.

Is the insurance included in my Registration Fee?

No, the delegate travel insurance is NOT provided as part of your Registration Fee. We strongly recommend the need for good travel insurance. In general, this form of insurance provides cover for sickness and illness, cancellation, loss of property etc.

What are check-in and check-out time for the hotel?

The check-in time is 15:00 & check-out time is 12:00

Is the 10th and 14th of May included in my Registration Fee?

The 10th and 14th of May is an optional program for those who would like to see more from Riga, for those who will come earlier and stay longer. This optional program is extra charged.

Where can I find information about outdoor activities and clubbing?

All information about event You can find here. In the left side of the page is a TAB, where You can find everything about outdoor activities, clubbing, Gala Dinner and Riga!

What kind of rooms are prepared?

It depends if you will choose to split your room with someone. We have prepared single and double rooms for our attendees. Room upgrade is for an extra charge. You can contact us if You would like to have a room upgrade.

How will I know that my registration is approved?

On Your e-mail, You will receive official confirmation from the YMC 2017 Organizers.

What is the dress code for the event - YMC 2017 Riga?

There is no formal dress code for the event, however, your attention is drawn to:
The final night dinner is not a formal wear dinner, however, there is an expectation that you dress appropriately for the venue and the event. The organizers recommend – smart casual.

How should I act if I find a mistake in my registration form after confirming it and paying the invoice?

After payment received in full, any changes including but not limited to changes of names, outdoor activities, etc. can be accepted or rejected only with written confirmation from organizers and might be subject to additional charges.

Can I buy a travel ticket before approval of my Registration form?

Of course, You can, but organizers do not recommend, because if You registration will be rejected, organizers will not take responsibility for any payments.

Of course, we are! You can become a member of YMC Facebook group and follow the news in YMC Twitter page!
